1. Introduction

• Misrepresenting your identity, age, jurisdiction of residence, or payment method ownership during registration, KYC, or financial transactions.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

BBC88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of any provision of this Agreement is suspected or confirmed.

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited conduct is identified.
• A self-exclusion request is received from the account holder.
• BBC88 receives a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement direction requiring account restriction.

Upon voluntary closure of an account containing a positive Real Money Balance with no outstanding wagering obligations, BBC88 will process a withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds not released from wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BBC88, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

Without limiting the above, BBC88's aggregate liability to any individual user in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim, capped at a maximum of MYR 2,880.

Nothing in this clause shall limit liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by BBC88's gross negligence to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

15. Amendments

BBC88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the BBC88 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
